Cannot edit or update newsletter

I can't edit my newsletters, the screen icon just rotates constantly. Also, lots of previous work has disappeared. Have been struggling with this for hours along with my team. It's holding back sending out the all staff newsletter. Any ideas? Have tried accessing on multiple devices but the same problem persists.
