downloading freeze

whenever i try to download my cover letter download process keeps getting stuck at 90% for several minutes again and again.

I can not download the file, downloading process just stops on 90% and do not complete. I have tried to download in pdf, jpg. Situation did not change. Please have a look, it is serious problem. I have already finished my project, but simply I can not download

PLEASE provide a resolution. None of the generic steps that have been suggested solve the problem. This is incredibly inconvenient.
