I cannot download animate character file from adobe express

Hi , i want to create short animated videos using audio file. When i do i can see the preview , but when i download i cannot , it says the access to the document has timed out. Please help me fix this

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Please try these and let us know if they help.

• Test in a couple different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
• Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/4enC3vI
• Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/3AuXq0g
• Try creating a duplicate of the file and downloading from that instance
