Images won't download on Adobe Express on OnePlus

I can't download images in Adobe express. It has been months and this issue is still not fixed. I have a OnePlus 8T and a OnePlus 10, and it just happens on these devices. I son has an iPhone and it works.  

It prepares the file but when I go to download it it just gets stuck and doesn't download. I usually have to open it on my computer and then download it. 

 

This is super frustrating please fix.

On desktop/laptop it is working fine, but the problem is i cant carry laptop every where with me.

Im using oneplus node ce 3- android 14, earier it was working fine after the recent update im facing this issue. i have already tried to clear data reinstall app restart my device , both app and device are updated to latest version this issue is only occuring in this device , i have tried to edit and download the image in onther device there is working fine please help regarding issue

after editing , on download pop up loader is keeps on loading indefinitely and image is not getting downloaded
