Images won't load

Can't upload images to my document. No error message of any kind. They just don't appear. Sonoma 14.2. Safari. Images won't load in my iOS beta, either.

Answer to my own question: Seems to be a file-size issue. resized the image and it appeared. An error message would have saved me a lot of time...
