Hi all, for some users who have migrated to the new mobile version of Adobe Express, downloading projects with transparent backgrounds does not give the desired result.
We have identified the issue, and a fix will be available soon. Until then, we recommend stuck users try downloading such projects on the desktop/web version of Adobe Express.
Hello, @David__B, as informed I have done the update of the Adobe express application recurring version, no longer being the beta, and I have done the download transfer in png without background as can be seen in the attachments.
Since using the new version it is not possible to download transparent pictures on my iPhone. Can anybody help me? So it's no longer useable for me....
If you import that png that is supposed to have transparency back into another Adobe Express project is the transparency shown or does it has white there too?
I've already made this attempt, the file has a white background, as a jpeg image, and to clear the doubt, I got a Png image in my internal storage of projects that I have, and this png image opened correctly when I imported it into Adobe express, without a background, the mistake was to export what I created, that was supposed to be bottomless or transparent, but I didn't make about five attempts, and it didn't save bottomless.
