Je viens de trouver un moyen d'accéder à nouveau à mon projet en en créant une copie (Personnel > Fichiers > 3 points > Dupliquer). J'espère que ça marchera pour vous !

Within Adobe Express, I keep getting an error. In trying to start a new project, and viewing templates, I am getting a blank project page.

We are facing serious issues with Adobe Express that are delaying an expensive ad campaign. Our client is extremely unhappy. We need an immediate resolution.

Actions Taken:

 

  • Cleared browser cache & cookies
  • Updated all browsers
  • Tried Chrome, Firefox, Brave
  • Used Incognito mode
  •  

None of these have resolved the issue. This is unacceptable. Please address this immediately.
