Als ik een bestand probeer te openen krijg ik deze melding: Er is een onverwacht probleem opgetreden. Probeer de pagina te verversen of ga terug naar Start. UUID: c3c039f4-720c-42d9-bd82-155ea8b3f489

Within Adobe Express, I keep getting an error. In trying to start a new project, and viewing templates, I am getting a blank project page.

We are facing serious issues with Adobe Express that are delaying an expensive ad campaign. Our client is extremely unhappy. We need an immediate resolution.

Actions Taken:

• Cleared browser cache & cookies
• Updated all browsers
• Tried Chrome, Firefox, Brave
• Used Incognito mode
•  

None of these have resolved the issue. This is unacceptable. Please address this immediately.

I'm getting this notification and can't access my file anymore: UUID: fba9337f-cc36-46d7-8e78-aa0cea6758ca It just tells me to refresh but then get the notification again. Thank you for your help.
