Hi @elliot_9954

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. A few questions and things to try:

- Are you receiving this error when attempting to open an existing webpage or when starting new webpage file?
- I would want to ensure you're using a browser that meets the system requirements https://adobe.ly/3UR6h3v
- Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari

- Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/48L0wdn

- Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/4hMdknE

I'd try these to start

Best,
Dave

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your reply. It happens anytime I try to add a custom theme to a template or website made from scratch and I have chosen our custom brand font.

Additionally, when I apply a theme using a font from Adobe the weights that show on the published site are not correct. Specifically, the title and subtitle show up the same no matter which font or weight I assign.
