Sorry to hear about your difficulties. A few questions to better understand the scenario. - What type of file format are you trying to download, PDF, mp4 etc.? - Is this a large file? - What troubleshooting have you tried already?

Download an .mp4 with no audio. 4 second clip. Tried 720, 1080, 4K. Logged out and back in. Restarted computer. It downloads as a .png just not as an .mp4.

This shouldn't be happening. Can you try downloading any other video project and check if that gives the same experience? What happens if you try downloading from incognito/private browsing mode?
Would you be willing to share the project with us to investigate? We'd also request edit access from our test account. If you're fine sharing the project, please drop the project URL to us via a community DM.
Also, it looks like any images you may have included in your last message didn't come through, possibly due to a technical issue. Could you please try resending them?
