Scrolling

When I am zoomed in on a project I am not able to scroll up or down to see other parts of the project.

Hi @Jet30365159te4s , I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with scrolling. Can you share what device/operating system and browser you're using?

Hi @Jet30365159te4s - Try clicking anywhere on the page before or after zooming in. I've noticed that when I open a file and zoom in without selecting anything, scrolling up/down doesn't work. Let me know if that helped.

I am using Chrome as my browser on my dell laptop.  This issue only started with the new updated version of adobe express.  Prior to that I was not experiencing this issue.  There was another comment about clicking somewhere on the project prior to or after zooming in and then attempting to scroll.  Unfortunately that did not make a difference for me.  Any other suggestions?

I'm using Chrome on a Dell as well - there is no way to scroll or move the art around when zoomed in. Tried pressing the spacebar and click and drag as you can in Creative Suite programs but that does not work.
