Suggested Fixes For "Your Stuff" Menu Not Working

New Here ,
May 25, 2025 May 25, 2025

The primary issue I'm having is that the "Your Stuff" menu seems not to be working, and is not loading my files.

Pertinently, I think one of the reasons responsible for the lagging response of the "Your Stuff" menu is that the menu is overloaded.

For instance, I simply wanted to delete the file I was currently working on but could not find any trash can /delete icon and to make things worst I couldn't access "Your stuff".

I think for optimal performance and best user experience, you may need to decongest the "Your Stuff" menu and include trash can or delete icon on the top toolstrip bar and also include "delete current file" under the File menu option.

Hi @Caleb-Works,

Thanks for your feedback! If the "Your Stuff" menu isn’t loading, try these steps:

  1. Clear your app or browser cache and restart the app or browser.

  2. Check your internet connection.

  3. On desktop, delete unused files via the three-dot menu next to projects to reduce clutter.

  4. Use the search bar to quickly find files.

Currently, deleting files is possible via the three-dot menu for each project. If problems continue, please reach out again!
