top left adobe logo button doesn't take you home

the top left logo should take me home, and seems like it's meant to on hover because the url preview shows up in the corner of screen, but nothing ever happens when i click on it. i have to type the home url into url bar instead which is annoying. on desktop web, mac, chrome

For me, the Adobe logo does link to the Express home URL (https://new.express.adobe.com). This is on Windows, Chrome. I'd suggest trying a different browser to see if that is the issue?
