video created .not downloadable

i was animating a video for my dad's birthday ,completed it and when i tried to download it ....it gets stuck at 5%

i tried to share it on google drive it gets stuck at 96%

it a fking joke jackarse made me waste half a day just trying to download a 2 minute video 

im tired of this fking app

i even tried on pc ,it shows the same

So sorry to hear that this happened. Could you share a link to the project and the URL?

Nah I can't do that it's a personal video
I just used my brains , I just screen recorded it and used inshot to crop
the Adobe creative portions such as the play button and the other features

Glad to hear you came up with a workaround. I wanted to share the issue with our developers to see if they could better understand what happened. The URL for the project won't be viewable to others. You could also create a link and share it with me via private message too.
