Hey @Rakesh368679394kpy and @arnav_77

Could you provide a screenshot or short recording this way we can better assist you?

consider clearing your cache, opening in a different browser, and turning your computer off and on.

Cheers

O. Nate

Hi @Rakesh368679394kpy,

Thanks for your message! Please try fully uninstalling the app from your device and then reinstalling it. After that, check if “Your Stuff” works again.

We’ve also escalated this issue to our engineering team for further investigation. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more information. Thanks so much for your patience!

Hi

@Rakesh368679394kpy

,

Thanks for trying the steps above. Could you please let us know when you have seen this issue? Have you recently installed any extensions/plugins on your web browsers? Are you on VPN? Have you tried restoring your firewall to its default settings to check if that helps?

Also, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/3Zem1Qd  are allowed.

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
