When posting on our socials by using the Adobe Express Schedule I have noticed that by posting the linked-in post not all of the text is reproduced. Only the first lines are shown and the text ends halfway a sentence. Can you tell me if there is a possible solution for this problem?
And as I have read in earlier posts in this community the schedule button is not available in the mobile app when using a company account (only for personal accounts). That's not really customer-friendly. Please make this also available for company accounts, since the scheduler is really handy to use.
Dear all ( @Rebecca25484464p89n, @Imaginerie, @Damion28s7a, @SC 123, @tdkmagig,),
Thank you for reaching out, and apologies for the delayed response.
We know how frustrating it can be and are sorry you're experiencing these issues with the Scheduler.
Our engineers are aware of this and doing their best to resolve this as soon as possible.
Although we do not yet have an exact timeline for when it gets fixed, we will inform you when it has.

@Lyn_Dapparently the problem seem to have occured again. This time disconnecting-reconnecting does not work. Spoke to an agent over chat who said would send me a ticket, but as always, nobody did!
Was speaking to another agent few days later (today), and he/she just disconnected without answering my qns on the ticket!
Oh man, I expected a whole lot better from Adobe!

I thought it was my intern who made the half-post, so now it is another bug! It is half or no post now.
At the rate Adobe is responding here and to tickets, I think either the team is as "always here to help" as you claimed @Lyn_D .
Can you imagine one of the suggestions from the helpdesk was to change my internet connection and try scheduling again?!

Hi team!
We are experiencing a number of issues using the Adobe Express Content Scheduler for LinkedIn. Sometimes our scheduled posts are being posted with half the copy missing and other times, the link preview is not pulling through.
Would you be able to please assist us with this and give us a rough timeline as to when this bug will be fixed?
Many thanks!

Welcome to the Adobe Express Community!!
I'd recommend you go through this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/express/using/social-media-character-limits-in-scheduler.html
It. would provide you with the character limits for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
Hope that helps,
~Amitej

"We couldn’t publish your post. But don’t worry, you can fix this in just a few clicks.
Channel: Linkedin"
Keeps happening. At this point, we should all post this and tag Adobe on every channel. This way, maybe we can get attention to their poorly functioning product and not just an A.I. response from "Lyn_D"
