Thank you for your patience, and I'm sorry you're having trouble.
It may be that your Creative Cloud storage is full. You can free up your Creative Cloud storage by deleting unused files.
The example below is how to check how much storage space is left.
Please let me know how things are going, as I'm here to support you in any way I can, and looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi @mel_mill_,
Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you've run out of space.
Please try clearing your cache and cookies, signing in and out of your account or testing it from a different browser or in incognito mode and then try to free some space up again.
Let me know how this goes, as I'm here to help.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you,
Lyn 🙂

If you are unable to use Adobe Express (Adobe Photoshop Express) due to "out of space" issues, it likely means that the storage space on your device is full or nearly full. Adobe Express, like many other mobile apps, requires available storage space to function correctly and perform tasks such as saving photos or applying edits.
Here are some steps you can take to address the "out of space" issue:
Check Available Storage: Go to your device's settings and check the available storage space. On both iOS and Android devices, you can find this information under "Storage" or "Storage & Backup" settings.
Delete Unnecessary Files and Apps: Review your device's files and apps and delete any unnecessary photos, videos, or apps that are taking up storage space.
Clear Cache: Some apps, including Adobe Express, may store temporary files or cache data on your device. Clearing the app's cache can free up some space. In your device's settings, look for the "Apps" or "Application Manager" section, find Adobe Express, and then clear the cache.
Move Files to Cloud Storage: Consider moving your photos and videos to cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or Adobe Creative Cloud. This can free up space on your device while still allowing you to access your files when needed.
Use External Storage: If your device supports it, you can use external storage options like microSD cards (on Android devices) or external storage accessories (on iOS devices) to expand your available storage.
Update or Reinstall the App: Make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Express. App updates can sometimes optimize storage usage. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app, as it may resolve any potential glitches.
Check for Other Storage Issues: If you've tried the above steps and still have storage issues, there may be other underlying factors causing the problem. In some cases, it could be related to system updates, system files, or other app-related issues. You may want to seek technical support from Adobe or your device's manufacturer for further assistance.
Remember that managing your device's storage space is essential for maintaining its performance and functionality. Regularly cleaning up unnecessary files and managing app data can help ensure smooth operation and prevent storage-related problems with Adobe Express or any other app on your device...........

Has anybody solved this yet?
I have this same issue from both my PC and laptop. My device memory is not full. My account memory is not full. Its not a cookies/cache issue. I would really love access to this feature and have not been able to access it either.

in my case it was a configuration on my account that the engineering team had to fix, the steps posted here didnt solve the problem and neither did moving to higher capacity plan.

How did you report your problem? I have accessed Adobe Expresss for the first time in my entire life and it says "out of space" error 🙂 I have never used it before and my disc is not full.

I have the exact same problem. I hot a marketing email from Adobe and I wanted to give Express a try but whatever I do I get an error out of spacer. I'm on my brand new account, have no data in the cloud and never used Express before. My disk is half empty.
