Has anyone had this problem? Whenever I try it says I need the license to an adobe stock image but there aren't any adobe stock images in the video.
*Hi, I manage to fix it: I duplicated the video and was deleting 1 by 1 the different videos from the stock, doing downloading tests... And finally I got the video causing this error (??) removed and replaced. Now the video is downloaded correctly. Thx!
It's fixed now. The reason was a video (from the stock) that once deleted, the download was smooth. I had to create a copy of the project and go video by video until found the one (lucky only one) provoking this error. Thx!

Same issue here, I have tried numerous troubleshooting steps, but still get the "Download failed: An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again." message.

@Colleen22732219piw5 and @Paul24576627helf,
1. Restart your computer.
2. Use another browser that does not have Script Blockers or VPN enabled.
3. Periodically clear cached content from your browser to free up more memory.

Thanks for getting back to me. I followed all three suggestions, same behavior, failure at 80%.

Apologies, it appears my latest response has disappeared. This issue is still occurring, after attempting all suggestions thus far.
For what it's worth, I'm hitting the same problem with failure at ~80% across different laptops, different browsers, and via both web version and installed app version. I have ensured that all VPNs and pop-up blockers are turned off, and that cache has been cleared, and only one tab running.

Was the video created in an older version of Adobe Express?

It was originally created in an older version, yet. But it is not "taking a longer time to download", it is failing at the same spot every time, after just 3-4 minutes.
Videos created in older versions of Adobe Express, especially for Spark, take a longer time to download. To ensure your video downloads completely, refrain from refreshing the page until the download is complete.

Could be a corrupted video.

The logs associated with your file (based on the url you provided) hint at a bug that the team has been investigating. Unfortunately, there is no known ETA. Sorry for the incovenience.

More info, if it helps:
I made a duplicate of my project, and then deleted the second half of the video (last 3 mins of 6 mins total). Downloaded successfully on the first try.
This seems to imply that there is a specific scene (or scenes) in the second half that are causing the problem. Any chance you can help me pinpoint which scene? Otherwise I'm stuck using trial and error forever. Any logs pointing to a problematic scene?

More info: after some trial and error, I was able to make a duplicate version of my file with the first 5:30 of 6:00 that succeeded in downloading. However, I am still having trouble re-adding the final 30 seconds of content. It is quite frustrating, and if you could share more about the bug that has been identified, it might help me work around it.
In the mean time, I am investigating switching to Canva instead.

For what it's worth, I was able to recreate the whole video on Canva and download it successfully.

Hi Paul,
Can you please share how you recreate on Canva? Did you create from scratch? or somehow you manage to use the same content from Adobe Express to Canva?

Hi there, I've replaced all images and removed all background assets and other built-in assets. The images in the project have been paid for (not placeholders), yet I'm still unable to download the video. Please assist me? Screenshot of error message below.

Hi
,
Do you have lots of (image/video) assets on a single page; say more than a few hundred? If so, you might need to split the video into multiple pages (e.g., duplicate the page, trim the timeline to the first half on the first page, to the second half on the second page), download the pages individually, then merge them together using the merge video quick action.
Regards,
Tarun

This is actually the CRAZIEST thing ever and needs to be fixed or the site needs to be shut down. Website just doesn't work. So so annoying. DO NOT USE ADOBE EXPRESS TO EDIT VIDEOS!!!!!
