Hello, community!
I have created a few projects and templates on my desktop but would ideally like to develop new designs based on those templates from my mobile. For some reason, I can see those projects on my desktop but not on my mobile. Any reason why?
To be more specific; Instagram posts.

Ensure you're logged into your Adobe Express mobile app with the same Adobe ID/Email, that you used to create your projects on the Adobe Express Web, and you will be able to view them on your phone.

I simply logged out and back into Adobe Express on my phone and my projects appeared for editing. My next concern was that I couldn't edit projects I had shared with another user - a message said I should revert to the desktop. Not ideal but once I removed the user, I was able to work on the project from my phone. Perhaps collaborative projects could be edited from mobile devices in the future.

It hasn't worked for me. I have reached out to your support team on the desktop app or website. I have updated the app and nothing has changed.

I'm currently having this problem as well and it's driving me insane. I also think adobe express is not as intuitive or user friendly as photoshop. The project i'm trying to make I could do in photoshop in 10 minutes on top of making way cleaner. I've been trying to create this project for the last three hours and it's still looking like a beginner due to not being able to get it on the my other device to used my pen. In my honest opinion you all have a lot more work to do on this app for it to be worth the price I paid for it. I'm going to email adobe and have them transfer the money onto a creative suite subscription. This is kind of rediculous.

I have found this too, yet nothing I do changes anything. I've tried refreshing the app, signing in/out, I actually uninstalled and reinstalled the app yet none of my new projects show up. They eventually do, but there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason. I'll jump on a week later and those projects from last week are there, but if I worked on something same day, it will never appear in my mobile library. I have to download and email every file to myself - super annoying g

Thank you for getting in touch.
The synchronisation will only take place within the Adobe Express desktop version and your Adobe Express app. If you want to keep your phone library up to date, you'll have to download the images separately each time you need an updated version.

We are all wondering where the projects are or when they will be synced. I actually just watched one disappear from my phone that I had just created on my computer. It had already synced. Like WHAT??? It was on both my desktop and the mobile app. It makes no sense.
Nothing you have contributed has helped in ANY way, including asking the user to log out and log back in, immediately after they told you they had done that.

Kindly download the Creative Cloud App and log in with the same ID/Email address used when creating those missing projects.
You should be able to view them there.
Also, could you kindly share with me the Name and Model of the device used in creating those projects, the OS version, and Adobe Express's current version?

This issue really should be fixed if you're charging folks (myself included) $10 a month, even if they already pay for Adobe services... I should be able to open any Adobe Express project on any device with the app, no matter which device I made it with. I have also been experiencing this issue, and it's a huge pain.

I am also having this issue, but none of the recommendations are solving it. It seems pretty ridiculous to have this problem lingering at the same time as Adobe is pushing Cloud adoption.

Same problem here. Recently created projects on the web version, doesn't show up on my mobile App (using macOS and iOS on up-to-date versions). Really really annoying, but the most annoying thing is not getting feedback and just reading the same replies from you.

Would you mind sharing more context on how these files were created, e.g. with the Beta version of Adobe Express or the current version of Adobe Express?

I am also having this same exact issue. I created a group project on Adobe Express on the web but no matter what I try my project won't synchronize with the app which is extremely frustrating. I understand that it's still in the beta testing but I can access all my other adobe projects on different programs through their apps and on my pc without any issues at all. The adobe express web platform is also very unstable. It will crash frequently saying oops please reload this page. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I should add that I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max running on version 16.6.

You said they eventually showed up. If that is correct. Have you tried checking if the app is to only update over wifi. I suspect that if they eventually show up randomly then it is a network issue.

Anyone else still having issues with this? I signed into Adobe Express on my mobile using the same Adobe ID and I can't see any of the existing projects that I created from my desktop. Nothing is synchronizing for me and my internet connection is very fast. Will Adobe be looking into this in a future update? We would really appreciate if it worked on mobile.
