I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

I still can't access my Adobe express on iPhone. It will not let me edit any of my own files or make edits to Adobe files. It just stays on the hold screen

I can't download a pdf on adobe express on iPhone it gets stuck at 90% no issue if it's any other file though

Hi, I'm also having trouble downloading the video I created, it's only 20 seconds of video, but I can't get it to download, it just hangs at 0%. I've restarted the Chrome browser, I've never had this problem before.

Same! I am unable to download two videos under 2 minutes. I have been hanging at 0% for the last 8 hours. Is this a system wide issue? Does anyone have an estimated time fir the issue to be fixed?

We are sorry for your difficulties. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
Does it happen with all videos or a particular video? Please share a screenshot of the error or screen recording of the workflow to investigate further.
Also, try restarting your computer.

this is my first problem using adobe express premium for 2 months of use which is running fine
so this time when downloading a video, a text box appears to start downloading but the process is always 0%, even if you wait for 1 hour it still doesn't move
I've tried the previous video project (at Your Stuff), it runs normally, can download to completion
what I've done but still doesn't solve the problem:
1. try on another browser
2. clear cookies

I tried open it in inkognito, other browsers, other projects, even other computer.
I simply can not download my files since yesterday.
Please help.
