Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

    The major issue with Adobe Express as shown on the Adobe status page on July 31 has been closed:

    Hi,

     

    The issue with video download stuck at 0% is now fixed. If you have Express already open in a dekstop browser tab, you may need to reload it to pick up the fix. Please let us know if you continue to see this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    My Video is not downloading. i've tried over 50 times ding different things. It says the download is starting, but the progress bar says 0% forever. Nothing is telling me thhat there is anything wrong either.

    I am having trouble downloading the following video. I duplicated the file in my stuff, thinking that could help, but it still cannot be downloaded. I started from scratch and realized that this specific asset, where the doctor and the patient appear, may be damaged. When I tried to download the file, it allowed me to do so, but once I added that asset, it no longer allowed me to download it. Even if I delete it, I am still unable to download the file, even after restarting my computer or changing browsers. I am able to download any other video, just not the one with that particular video asset.

    Suelo tener problemas para publicar y ahora hasta para descargar el contenido que fui creando. Un desastre, después para cobrar son rápidos. Tengo toda la producción estacanda.

    it does not, none of the features work. you cant get it to share a viewable link, upload to a drive, or different cloud service. nothing is available.

    the download freezes at either 9 or 49 % and stays there for hours. It always stays stuck at these two numbers, no matter how many times i refresh the page or use different browsers , it doesnt seem to help
