I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

I am having the same problem with video files. I can download a PNG of the video file, but when I try to download the file itself, Adobe Express stays on 0% and does nothing. If I try a post straight to social media, it won't even load an example. Seems like this issue is ongoing and Adobe cannot seem to get their software to work without issues anymore. They have gone backwards so fast compared to competition, I am so frustrated with them. It seems a new issue every week.

Very frustratingly I still have the same problem with all three browsers after clearing the cache and using incognito mode.
Not sure if it is related but I have to use safari to chat here as I also get this error message on chrome when trying to access this message board. I do not have as proxy server or a firewall.

Trying to download a project in adobe express on my school ipad and it keeps closing out of the app when I do. Other projects download successfully. I have cleared my search history, signed in and out of the app, turned the ipad off and on.
Suggestions?

Hi,
I also encounter the downloading issue, but mine is stop at the "Starting download...", and it never progress. Please look at the attached image. The video is just 1 min 10s....I've been refreshing, deleter the browser and even restart my MacBook Air, it still can't download. Yesterday I still can download, but how come today cannot. Anyonw know the reason?

Having this same problem for the last few hours now. It's happened many times in the past as well. Both windows desktop and ios app.

Unfortunately this seems to be a persistant issue, along with many others. In the past it's usually resolved within hours. This time it's been longer than usual and I suspect Adobe is having server issues as even these community forum pages are taking forever to load. It sure would be nice to get what we pay for these days.

It has been resolved now, I was able to download my video. Hope Adobe can fix it and won't happen anymore!

Apologies for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express. Is it with all files or a particular one? What file format type? Which browser are you using?
Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
Also, try restarting your computer.
From Windows browser: Ctrl + Shift + Delete
From Mac browser: Cmd + Shift + Delete
Hard refresh: Ctrl / Cmd + F5 or Ctrl/Cmd + R.
Please let us know if this helps. Also, helps us with a screen recording of the workflow to investigate further.

Same issue here. ALL files refusing to download. Windows 11 chrome. Restared. Cleared cache/cookies. Also not working using the iphone app. Restarted app. Restarted phone. Working fine one day, not working at all the next. This is an ongoing issue that has been reported many times. I'm surprised you're still unaware. Adobe needs to address this as paying customers are waiting for basic consistant funcionality.

yes there is an issue, see my post from a couple of days ago.
