P: Cannot upload reference image [merged thread]

I’m currently unable to upload photos to Firefly for editing, despite the service working for only about a week and a half. Considering the cost, this disruption is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly or provide a full refund.

That's exactly what's happening; Previous generated images on Firefly uload with no issue. But our own images wont upload. This is nonsense.

Welcome to the community and asking a great Qs.
I am not exactly sure what you are asking. 
In our Creative Cloud there is a storage limit. You may have to delete a few images from your Creative Cloud.

since last weekend, I can´t upload a reference image in Adobe Firefly frome my own device. 

I can use the images from my Adobe Cloud to generate new images, but the upload function did not work. If I push the botton to upload an image from my own device just nothing happen, it did not work:

What´s the matter?

Bei "Bild zu Video" möchte ich ein Bild in den ersten Frame laden. Über "Dein Gerät" habe ich ein JPG, in sRGB mit 1,6 MB ausgewählt, aber es wird nicht in den ersten Frame geladen. Vor 3 Wochen hatte es noch funktioniert.

Woran liegt es jetzt? Vielen Dank für die Hilfe!

Bei "Bild generieren" kann ich kein Bild mehr hochladen, weder über die Funktion "ziehe dein bild hierhin", und auch nicht, wenn ich den Button "Dein Gerät" anklicke.

Ich wollte ein JPG mit sRGB und ca. 2 MB auswählen, aber es wird nicht in Adobe Firefly geladen.

Vor ein paar Tagen funktionierte es noch gut.

Bei "Bild zu Video" kann ich auch kein Referenzbild mehr in den ersten Frame laden.

Liegt es eventuell an dem neuen Angebot, dass bis zum 1. Dezember beliebig viele Bilder und Videos mit Adobe Firefly generiert werden dürfen?

I think I reply the question but it didn't show up below, so let me type again. 

I use the latest google chrome browser, PC windows 11, Firefly video Model. As it happened few times on different date, I think the google chome model is different also. I didn't have any ad blocking extension on my google chrome.

Let me write it clear, the problem usually happened on the BOARD page. And usually didn't start at the beginning of the day when I use it. I was successful upload 2 images - first and last frame few times before it suddenly didn't let me upload both. At that time (just few a min differences) , I switch to Generate Video page and it is sucessful upload both most of the time. It did happened once it also failed to upload both images. At that time I just give up and try another day. 

It did happened like other said, no error after I "upload" the image as the last frame, just my first frame image suddenly disappeared when I upload the last frame. 

I read the replies here I remember I had similar problem : sometimes I can't upload the image directly by select upload from my PC, I have to upload the image to the Board first, then I have to use the Pick to choose that image on the board.  I don't know if it is because of caches problem or what. It also happened after I generate few video  images.

As last time was my first time report a bug, I 'm not sure this reply will be post on the same topic or not. Hope I didn't deplicate my answer. If I did, please help me remove my last one as I type more detail on this one.

I cannto bring an image into FireFly to edeit or even as a referance image.  I am using Mozilla Firefox & have tried it using Google Chrome and it works there.

I dont know what is going on but when im doing images in the generate section, using Nano banana or any other, It seems that i cannot upload a reference image anymore? only like 1 out of 20 images works. And this was working well before, What could be the issue?

out of curiosity, might have the same isse, that the upload reference image from "my computer" is not working anymore, before i could just upload any image and use as reference to go along my prompt, But not anymore.

   I tried on Microsofe Edge latest version. For the same Board, the first and last frame are failed to upload from PC. But I can use the Pick to choose the images that are already on the Board. 

Also today I tried again on my same Board, Google Chrome has one more bug: when I try to resize the elements that are on the board, it didn't resize on proportion unless I hold the shift key. And I can't resize the one I selected, it jumps to another element instead. Video can't resize any more, while images are ok. 

On the same board, when I open it on Microsoft Edge today, they diddn't have the resize problem, but have the fail to upload image problem.
