Unable to extend the image to an empty area of picture by using Generative Fill

No sé que habrá pasado, pero ahora es imposible que Firefly cree algo decente, no se que le hicieron, pero va fatal, si una imagen tiene un marco blanco, y quieres crear algo distinto, sigue dejando el mismo marco blanco, no puede crear partes de la imagen, todo mal, hace unos días funcionaba de maravilla, desde hace unos 10 días para acá, es inservible!

This started 1 week ago, been using firefly generative fill for 3 months and this started recently. I try to change the grass (where you can see all the glitching), no matter how I try it it shows me same results.

No sé qué ocurre, pero no funciona nada bien, al menos como hace una semana, es como si la inteligencia artificial ahora sea bastante menos inteligente, básicamente genera imágenes sin sentido, incluso cuando el promt es muy simple.

I don't know what's happening, but nothing works well, at least not as it did a week ago. It's as if the artificial intelligence is now significantly less intelligent, basically generating nonsensical images, even when the prompt is very simple.

This feature wasn't working at all today. I tried different prompts and nothing worked. So I type "all black background with no other colors in the background" and this is what I got (see attached).

My understanding is they initiate a refund if its within 14 days of purchase,

 I used generative fill to change the background and when the result came, the entire background turned out to be glitch type. Adobe Firefly is not working well in my mobile, this is happening with everyone for many days, you can see my screenshots. I used generative fill for the forest background and it turned out to be some glitch type. Please fix it.🙏🏻

Yes, there is currently a problem. Adobe is working on it but has not given a time estimate here on when it will be fixed. If you have access to photoshop, it does not seem to be affected by this problem.

Fellows, I spend more than 2/3 of the time trying to get a full image frmo the image generator. Every time I want to extend an image and I erase the sides, if they are white the ai cretes anew white frame over and over again. I'm really tored of this error. I dont want a silly PS white frame that I can make with canva. Please tell your ai to stop doing that! Thanks 🙂

Since Adobe Firefly came out, and its generative fill, Adobe imposed that it was for everyone, and that was the case in the beginning, as the months went by, Adobe Firefly gained a lot of popularity, to the point that it became one of the best generative fill AI on the market. Many people did not pay, and still do not pay, they used several accounts and had many credits, Adobe did not like that, they did not like that their resources were allocated to users who did not contribute anything, so aware of this, they damaged the operation in browsers, and they have not solved it, almost 1 month later, so that users who used it regularly pay for Photoshop and have to do it from there. With the resources they have, they could repair it in a very short time, but they won't.

The trial period has expired, and if you want to use Firefly to its full potential, you will have to pay.

@Jesus366866085cvv The problem you illustrate in that image is a problem with generative fill in the model right now. It was not intentionally introduced—it is an error. Adobe is working on a fix and hopefully we will see that soon.
