as 3d artist working in architecture, i would like to have a tool to make 360 view in a format (2:1) and with high resolution (more than 4k or 8k) and in HDR or EXR format

there are some ways to do this. as things are changing fast i recommend to google for "ai 360 skybox" to start researching for methods fitting your needs. you also may consider combining these methods with adobe ai generative fill.
