Hi Brett5ED9!

Thanks for your feedback! We know how frustrating it is when a generation turns out unusable, like a face missing half its features. I'm merging your thread here since it’s part of a similar discussion. Please add you vote here

A suivre...

The generated videos use up credits but there needs to be a sample before it counts as a fully generated video so that adjustments can be made. I'm using up credits just to fix what is being put out. I won't keep paying for that.

Hello

I would like to leave a suggestion about the credit system for generating videos in Adobe Firefly.
I've noticed that, on many occasions, the generated videos consume a large amount of credits, but the final result doesn't match what was requested — either due to distortions, serious visual errors, or completely different interpretations of the prompt.

I understand that Artificial Intelligence is still in the process of improvement, and that it is not always possible to guarantee perfect results. However, I believe that it would be fairer and more balanced for users if credits were only debited when the video was actually downloaded.

In this way, the creator would have the chance to evaluate the result before consuming their credits, which would encourage experimentation, increase confidence in the tool and avoid the feeling of loss when the generated video does not reach the expected.

In summary, the idea would be:

  • Credits would only be deducted after the video was downloaded (i.e., when the user approves the result).

  • If the video is discarded or does not match the request, the credits would remain available for retrying.

This small change would bring a more transparent and fair experience, especially for those who are testing ideas and exploring the creative limits of Firefly

(100 crediti)
