Aloha! Newbie here. Can I make a text to video that will last longer than 5 seconds?

Thank you for your message. 

Yes, but for now, you have to do multiple generations. Take the last frame from your first 5 second generation and use it as the starting keyframe for the next generation. You will have to alter your prompt accordingly for what you want to see in that next five seconds. You can then use a video editor to join the five second clips into one longer video.

However, this is a great new feature suggestion for Adobe to provide an option for 5, 10, 15 second generations to make this easier.
