Tiling mode for firefly text to image

In Midjourney 5 it is possible to specify --tile at the end of the prompt to get seamlessly tileable images. Would be nice to be able to do so here as well.

Wrote it before I noticed the text to patterns function. This can safely be ignored

Hi,

you can try "Tile" and "Pattern" in the prompt. I used it and it gave me good results. Hope that helps.

Henrik

Curious if you checked your pattern to make sure it repeated correctly? Because it makes them look like they do but once you try it you find its off by a couple pixels. I used ....seem less pattern tile and every image was off .... every single image.!!!  I tried this last month also and nothing has changed. I'm wondering if @adobe is purposely making them not work? Can anyone tell me why? I can't even find any discussion on the subject. I would be grateful if anyone could help. Thanks

@janlakey: Firefly will not make perfect seamless patterns.  Your best approach is to generate the pattern in Firefly and use Photoshop to make it seamless. How to do this was recorded in one of the Firefly Discord Prompt Jockeys (they are usually not recorded, but this one was): Dec 18: Firefly Discord Hangout - Creating Seamless Patterns
