Transfer adobe fonts account

I'm currently using a creative cloud account that I've been using for freelance for quite some time. I'm now working at a charity and there is an opportunity to have them cover the CC cost. I have a number of sites utilizing my typekit (adobe fonts). Is there a way to transfer my account to a new creative cloud account that the charity will provide or is the best way to have the charity input credit card info into my existing account.

Did you ever get an answer to this? I also need to be able to transfer existing adobe fonts over to a new account
