Не могу создать файл в облаке

Помогите разобраться! Я создаю файл и вылетает ошибка. Не может файл в облаке создать... У кого такое было? Как решить?

That can be some issues with account I think. Can you manage file in cloud?

Hi Egor,

Sorry that you are unable to create a new document in Adobe XD. I would request you to try the steps mentioned here: - Issue saving xd files to creative cloud and update this discussion with the results.

Hi. I have the same issue, I tryied everything that is written in the link above, but didn't help at all, still have this issue!

Can you install Adobe Xd on any other machine and try to update file? If the bug will appears again that can say that problem is with your account , if no... that means that problems is in your computer ..may be that can help.
