共有時に44:48エラーが発生する問題について

共有しようとするとエラーコード44:48が出て共有できなくなりました。

アートボードの削除ができないので、ファイルの確認など解決できるようにしましたが

一向に解決できません。

解決方法をどなたか教えてください
