overlordで全てのパスが反映されない

記載のようにすべてのデータ形式で対応していないので、拡張やシンプル化の処理が必要です。

ご自身の対処だけで解決せず、クライアントからのデータであれば、クライアントとの相談もした方がよさそうには思います。

Sounds like your'e not dissolving/ expanding groups, clipping masks, compound paths or other stuff. After all, Overloard can't do what AE can't do with shape layers and complex constructs may simply require being cut into pieces and put back together by ordering the shape layer groups suitable and applying Merge Path modifiers and such.

I that case, use Object > Expand Appearance first.
