Low Memeory Warning

My Mac is M1 and has 32GB of memory. It says "low memory warning ram use has been extended for previews" every 1-5 minutes, which drives me nuts.

When AE Beta shows this warning, I checked my Mac memory and the remaining memory is 13~20 GB.

I set RAM reserved for other applications at 3 GB and RAM available for AE at 29 GB on the preferences.

So I guess this problem is not about my Mac, but AE Beta.

This issue has started since I updated AE Beta in the new version last week(I hadn't updated AE Beta for a couple of months).

It affects my work and time so badly.

Please fix it and increase compatibility with Apple Silicons.

I keep getting a "Low memory warning" when trying to preview a 4K (at 50% resolution) comp, even though AE is only using 34GB of my 128GB, and no other apps are using much RAM. AE renders only about 20 frames before giving up and reporting the error. I have 108GB allocated to AE in the prefs.

My comp uses some Advanced Lightning and Deep Glow - not sure if those are a bit buggy in terms of RAM allocation or something?

I've just quit and relaunched AE - I'll see if the problem persists. Ah - it's fixed now. I wonder if it'll coime back? I'm on AE beta 23.0.0x23.

Can you Generate a report (File -> Dependencies -> Collect Files -> Generate Report Only) and post it here so we can see what effects may be used in the project? We are investigating reports like this and trying to identify the cause of the issue. We think it may be a combination of effects that is causing a memory leak and AE thinks not much memory is being used when it actually is in use.
