Camera Tracker simply not working - Analysis Solve Fail - ASSISTANCE PLEASE

Aftrenoon Adove AE Community, hope all are a well.

This is my first time posting on this forum, I've just downloaded the Adobe AE software yesterday and have run into an issue with Camera Tracking.

I'm trying to Map a 3D Object onto my rusty old face and this requires me to create a mask and Track Camera within said mask. The footage I have is literally me sitting down at my work station just staring at the camera. Not much movement in teh footage, however I have shot svereal takes of teh same shot with and without movement using an IPhone 7 Camera and Macbook Pro Webcam and still seem to get the rror message.

Fixes I've tried ae:

1. Reshooting footage with better lighting

2. Reshooting Footage with Less movement

3. Stabilzing footage before Camera Tracking

4. Tracking a shorter version of the video

Nothing seems to be working. At the moment I'm trying the same process with a 5 second clip and it seems to be "Analysing" for the last 30 minutes so I really don't know whats up.

Would you reccomend I reinstall the software or is there a work around?
