Adobe Air on MacOS Catalina: “Adobe AIR Uninstaller” is damaged and can’t be opened.

I installed Adobe AIR on MacOS Catalina 10.15.1 and I am getting an error message saying the Framework file is damaged. I can't uninstall becuase it requires the latest version of Air to be installed so you can uninstall, thus I am in a circle becuase I can't install or uninstall.  Please help

Run this

sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Utilities/Adobe\ AIR\ Uninstaller.app

I got it solved with the trick of Jamesey2001 on this subject Adobe Air error message - macOSX Catalina.
