HELP with Bridge and ACR

I have had nothing but issues for months with Bridge and ACR. Bridge won't close without having to force close, it won't batch rename, it won't open JPEGS in ACR, I cannot right click, copy and paste settings within Bridge. I've updated, uninstalled/reinstalled, read through formus and Facebook groups, downgraded to previous versions, etc., etc. Absolutely nothing works and I'm left sitting and watching a spinning wheel and force quitting every 2 minutes and I'm nearly in tears frustrated that I can't work! 

MacBook Pro M1 Pro 16 GB running Sonoma 14 (as of last night trying to see if it would help) and all PS, Bridge, ACR is up to date.
