P: Generative workspace doesn't work

I have the latest update of Photoshop beta installed. I have checked if my firewall was blocking the application and it is not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop beta 2 times. I have checked my computer for viruses and it is not. After all these attempts Generative workspace, which was working perfectly at first, is still not working.

Hi @luraes first let's see what version of Ps beta you have. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

Another helpful thing would be to record a video of what happens when you try to open Generate Workspace so the team can see what you are seeing.

Hi

I am having a problem with Generative Workspace. Up until recently it was working fine, but now it won't open. I have removed PS beta and logged out, logged back in and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. All I get is the 'spinning wheel' - nothing else is 'clickable' (eg the cog icon). I have PS beta running on two machines and it isn't working on either, so I am guessing there is a problem with my account. Can this be resolved? Thank you in advance

ho un problema con l'AREA DI LAVORO GENERATIVA in Adobe Photoshop. Quando cerco di aprirla, si apre la schermata ma compare la clessidra e, dopo qualche tempo, ricevo il seguente errore:

"Si sta verificando un problema nella pagina - Prova a tornare più tardi. Puoi anche:

Aggiornare la pagina"

In piccolo, è riportato:

Codice errore: Out of Memory

Ho provato a disinstallare e reinstallare Photoshop Beta, ma il problema persiste. Qualcuno ha avuto un problema simile o sa come risolverlo?

I’m experiencing an issue with the in Adobe Photoshop. When I try to open it, the screen loads, but then I see a spinning hourglass, and after some time, I get the following error:

"There is a problem with the page - Try again later. You can also:

Open in a new tab
Refresh the page"

In small text, it says:

Error Code: Out of Memory

I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Beta, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to fix it?

He encontrado una forma de salir del apuro pero GW sigue fallando. Cuando inicies GW dispones de aproximadamente 2 segundos para cerrar la ventana del prompt (a veces ni siquiera esos 2 segundos) porque luego no se puede. Si lo consigues el programa se desbloquea inmediatamente. Es eso lo que bloquea a GW pero no sé por qué.
