P: Color Picker Wheel is showing wrong color.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this has been reported before, but

if I pick `#fff` for example, the colors are shifted in the picker ring preview.

Though painting with the selected color ist correct.

I've double checked that Color Proof is disabled.

PS Version: 25.13 m.2753

Maybe I should mention, that I manually copied all preferences files from

/Users/<user>/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop 2024 Settings

to

/Users/<user>/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings

And when I noticed the bug with the picker wheel, I restarted Photoshop holding `Option+Command+Shift` to reset everything, but the bug still persists.

Confirming the same problem on my Windows 10 system. The public release works as expected, but the latest beta (25.13.0 20240901.m.2757 4ed6daa x64) does not.

PS: I also noticed, that the title bar of the 'Chose Document' dialog (not sure, what the correct name is in english) is displaying the dialog title variable (ccx_fnft_dialog_name), instead of the translated dialog title.

Is my computer too slow? 😃

I created a new document in PS beta and filled with grey (127,127,127). Using the Color Picker tool, I clicked and held near the top edge, then took a screen shot. I put the screen shot into PS and added four Color Samplers. The result is shown in the screen shot below.

As you can see when viewing the image full size, the sampled background #1 and # 4 are (127,127,127), the same as the outer ring of the Color Picker tool sampled by #2. However, sampler #3 for the inner ring should also be the color of the layer, grey, but it shows (124,129,116).

Repeating this with the current public release of PS shows all four sampler points as (127,127,127).
