Camera Raw revision

When I open the Creative Cloud app, it shows that the Camera Raw updated to 13.2, but when I check in Camera Raw within Photoshop, it shows 13.1. When I use the Enhance feature, the Super Resolution is not available.

What OS? You may need to locate the older plug-in, manually delete it, then try reinstalling via CC again.

I have a Windows10. I don't have an installation file for Camera Raw. It came with Photoshop CC, and I updated it 3 days ago. Should I re-install it? Thanks.
