Creative Cloud - Spinning wheel of doom

Hi,

I have Creative Cloud installed on a Win7 x64 Ent machine (tried both our installer and the newest version from the Adobe website) however when I'm launching the application I cannot get any further than the initial splash screen, along with the Spinning loading wheel.

If I leave this to get on with itself after a good 15-20 minutes there is still no change, merely more spinning! Eventually after an unknown amount of time (I left the system idle in the hopes it would sort itself out), I was greeted by a message informing me that Creative Cloud was "missing or damaged" (screenshot attached).

I have tried the following to resolve:

     - Ran the "Repair" function in the provided window,

     - Clean install onto newly built OS,

     - Running the Adobe Cleaner utility,

     -  All of the suggested fixes @ Creative Cloud FAQ

     - Uninstalled our packaged version of the CC installer, removed all registry keys from machine relating to Adobe CC and reinstalled with Adobe's latest installer

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks,

Nick

Thanks for your response but as I'd already said in my original post I've tried installing cleanly onto a new build, as well as running the Adobe Cleaner utility.

Also it would appear that both links suggest the same steps to resolve, none of which have helped in my situation.

Anything else you can suggest kglad
