Installations- und Startprobleme mit PSE 2020 und PSE 2024

Hallo,

ich habe auf meinem Laptop Probleme bei der Installation von PSE 2020 sowie bei der alterantiven Nutzung von PSE 2024.

zu PSE2020:

Die Installation bricht kurz nach dem Start von der lokalen Festplatte mit dem Hinweis "Browser" aktualiseren (vgl. ScreenShots) ab.

zu PSE2024

Die Installation läuft zwar durch, jedoch beim Start von PSE2024 soll ich mich mit meinem Adobe-Konto anmelden und bei diesem versuch wird auch dort "Browser aktualisieren" angezeigt.

Ich nutze Win 10 22H2 auf einem I7-7700 Laptop.

ScreenShots sollten anhängen.

Nachdem PSE2024 auf meinem Desktop (Win10-22H2 - I9-9900KQ) ordentlich ohne Probleme läuft, gehe von einer Fehleinstellung auf meinem Laptop aus.

Auf beiden läuft zusätzlich noch der Adobe-Reader. Sonst keine weitere Adobe-Software.

Ich wäre über Hilfe sehr dankbar.

der verlinkte Beitrag hat leider nicht funktioniert. Ich habe ihn bereits vor meinem Community-Eintrag gefunden und ohne Erfolg ausprobiert.

You are entitled to use Elements 2024 on two computers.  I suggest you contact Adobe support to help you with the installation of that version.  (Support will not help you with Elements 2020).  Click on this link during normal business hours in your region and it should open on the Adobe Support webpage and automatically open a  support chat window.  Type Agent in the chat box so that you will be directed to a live person.

I am also going to move your post to the Download and Install Community.  Somebody there may be able to offer you better advice than me.

do you have an updated (non-opera) default browser on the computer being used for installation?

You are entitled to live chat for Elements 2024.

no, you're correct.  i was echoing what others reported, but i just now checked myself and found i (and others) was (were)  wrong: adobe chat is available for non-subscription supported versions.

Also ich bekomme keinen Live-Chat, der Chat-Bot meint, ich habe kein Abo, deshalb kein live-chat!
