Notification Manager for Adobe Creative Cloud unter Windows 10

Hallo,

Can you attach a screenshot showing "Notification Manager" in your all apps panel?

OP means "All programs" under the windows start button, not with the apps panel.

How to disable a program in Windows startup
-Right click the 'window pane' in the very bottom left corner of the Windows desktop
-Select Task Manager in the pop up option window
-Click More details if you don't see startup
-Select the Startup tab inside Task Manager
-Select the program you want to disable
-Click Disable in the bottom right corner
-BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU DISABLE SO YOU DON'T STOP WINDOWS FROM RUNNING

Unfortunately this isn't listed in the Windows Task Manager, because it's actually a Windows 10 app.
It's appeared on my system too (Windows 10 1903) and I have no idea what it is or what it's supposed to do!
There seems to be zero information about it anywhere, all I found was this thread.
All it appears to do when I run it is pop up an empty window which then closes and Creative Cloud Desktop runs as far as I can see.
I would like to get rid of it, or at least hide it from the menus as its name is so long if nothing else!
Anyone any idea how to do that?
It's no good uninstalling it, it just puts itself back again, as has been said.
Thanks, Dave.

I can also confirm the appearance of Adobe Notifications Manager immediately after getting the Win 10 1903 update. After re-booting my computer, it went away so I'm not concerned about it.

I think you've been lucky, I'm surprised it isn't still there on your system.
As I said, I actually uninstalled it, and it just came back again!
I'm actually rather angry that Adobe think it's OK to automatically install another piece of software on my system without my approval, especially something that doesn't give any indication as to why it's there and what it actually does, and seems to be completely undocumented!

I think this is a tempest in a teapot.
Notifications are managed from CC Desktop App. I have disabled them in my Preferences. See screenshot.

That's exactly the same settings that I have, and have had for ages.
I'm still getting the app pushed to me though.

I don't run Creative Cloud Desktop at boot, I run it manually only when I need it, so at the moment the extra app hasn't reinstalled.
I'll just get into the habit of removing it again as soon as I've finished what I'm doing with Muse (the only CC application I have) and have closed all the Adobe programs down.
What a pain though, and absolutely no documentation about what this thing actually is that seems to be suddenly needed!
