When i try to open conserning code from code editor, its hide the automaticly, so what is all about help pls, this is a demo template also.

Switch to code view and check the Theme documentation and/or code comments.  

This is not a Dreamweaver question as much as it is a Theme question.

Oh, and WordPress themes only work in WordPress web sites.
