Got an email that we have multiple licences set up via email address at our company. Several are ex-employees.
Adobe's solution was to consolidate them, and charge us more to cover all them.
I just want admin access to all licences associated with our domain (consolidated if possible, but not restructured into a more expensive account), and have the ability to keep/mark for cancelation next cycle.
It seems Adobe is having a hard time with that request. Anyone deal with anything like this in the past?
