Hello, can somone help me out, please?

I got this message when I open my creative cloud: "You don't have access to manage apps". And so I do ot have access to the apps overview anymore. I tried everything in the admin settings but issue is not solved annd it's ot possible to get in touch with a real customer support of Adobe 😞 I am Admin of my Adobe products.

Best,

Hi @franziska38837487 - I had the same issue being an admin with all self service policies active.

Adobe support had me update my service config file to enable. Here's how:

HI @kglad - this is a common issue lately. Admins do not have access to the self service policies in Creative Cloud desktop app even though it's enabled in the portal. I was instructed by Adobe support to update the config file.

your message is confusing because you posted in the enterprise&teams forum (which makes it look like you have a teams or enterprise license and should contact your plan admin), and you say you are the admin (of an individual license?)

so, assuming there's no team/enterprise license currently, if that computer previously had a license managed by a team or enterprise, remove those credentials:
