Hello,
I had two questions about the User Management interface in the Admin console.
1. Is there anyway to see the user's last login time?
2. Is there anyway to filter by the product the user has access to (i.e. show only users who have access to Target)?
Thanks.
Hi @JavaK and @Sandman20104159
Thanks for reaching by order of the order of questions:
1. Unfortunately, you cannot see a user's last login time via the Admin Console at this time. You can see generic details (such as domain, Id type etc.) about your users by going to the Users section in the Admin Console. Or, you can export a CSV to go through the list externally.
Also, you can configure SSO for your organization which would give you more details in your IDP audit logs.

This seems like extremely basic administrative functionality, and it is disappointing that Adobe intentionally witholds access to these metrics, and has cone so for years it seems.

@Damen351636571gpm Not sure I posted this earlier - it's an old thread but I deal directly with this at our company with our admin console. Would your IT Security allow a third party vendor access to record keystrokes for each individual computer in your company that has Adobe software installed? I know mine wont.
There are OOTB solutions like Flexera that can be managed locally to capture this information for any software package, not just Adobe.

i know it doesn't but that's where enterprise/teams users post their "wishes" for the admin console.

Hi @kglad, @Kevin Stohlmeyer,
Thank you for actively engaging here in our community forum. Just to clarify, the Enterprise and Teams community does not have a dedicated "Ideas" or "Wishform" tab.
Admins and users are welcome to share their ideas and suggestions directly in this community forum. We regularly engage with customers and forward relevant feedback to our product teams for consideration.
Regards,
^AN

Not going to continue airing this out in public but this has been discussed ad nauseum in the past and this is the forum for Enterprise Admin Console requests.

Kevin, you’re conflating two entirely different concepts. No one is asking Adobe to record keystrokes or monitor individual user activity at the device level. The request is simply for login timestamps to Adobe’s own identity and licensing system- data that Adobe already captures as part of standard AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) principles.
Knowing when a user last authenticated to Adobe’s cloud services is not invasive, it’s fundamental to access auditing and lifecycle management. Most enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Okta, even Zoom) provide this out-of-the-box.
Suggesting this is akin to keylogging is either a profound misunderstanding of basic security practices or an intentional red herring. Please stop dismissing legitimate IT security concerns under the guise of creative expertise. This isn’t about spying, it’s about responsible identity management.

Whatever obfuscation you wish to add to this thread, Last Login date is routinely available from many SaaS providers and it is useful at improving utilization of expensive assets. It has its shortcomings but it is an obvious start.
