Adobe Fresco Keep Crashing

Hello, I'm dealing with this problem for quite a long time. Partially found out a work around, however that is not ideal and only possible temporarily.
SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS:
Samsung Galaxy Book3 360
Windows 11 Enterprise (10.0, build 26100)
Intel i7-1360P CPU
16GB RAM
Intel Iris Xe GPU
PROBLEM:
While using Adobe Fresco with version 5.5.5 (also tested on 5.5.0), I'm experiencing constant crashing of software. The crash always happen during drawing and rotating canvas. There are no error messages for troubleshooting. Fresco freeze for a bit and then crash. This started with the new Windows update to version 24H2 which unfortunately forced itself on a computer.
WORKAROUND (no longer possible):
I have managed to revert the Windows update to 23H2 which seems to fix the problem, however this is no longer possible and won't be possible as Windows force its major updates on a computers.
WHAT I HAVE TRIED SO FAR:
- Updated GPU drivers - no change, keep crashing.
- Updated Windows to latest version - no change, keep crashing.
- Tried version of Adobe Fresco 5.5.5 and 5.5.0 - no change, keep crashing.
- Cleaned cache for Adobe Fresco - no change, keep crashing.
- Performed re-installation of Adobe Fresco - no change, keep crashing.
- Performed clean instalation of whole Creative Cloud with its applications, removed all registry of Adobe (performed clean installation of Adobe as whole) - no change, keep crashing.
- Checked stability of Windows system on version 24H2, no issue found - no change, keep crashing.
- Tried working in different Power Modes - no change, keep crashing.
I believe the problem is within the lack of compatibility for Adobe Fresco with latest WIndows 24H2 update. Based on the community, this problem is known since 2024 when the Windows 24H2 Preview was released. Can someone help me with the fix please? I'm one step before going to competition for a better and stable graphic software.

Hi @ElaborateBeast,
I understand how frustrating it must be to deal with constant crashes, especially when it disrupts your workflow. Thanks for detailing everything you’ve already tried. That really helps narrow down potential causes.
Would you mind providing the following details to better understand and address the issue?
System Specifications: Can you confirm whether you have connected any external devices (monitors, styluses, etc.) while using Fresco?
Crash Dumps: When Fresco crashes, it generates crash dump files that can help diagnose the issue. Please navigate to:
C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.Fresco<app id>\AC\Dumps
If possible, upload these files to Dropbox, Google Drive, or a similar service and share the link here.
Additional Information:
• Are there specific tools or actions (brush type, layer adjustments, etc.) that seem to trigger the crash?
• Does this happen in both new and existing documents?
• Have you noticed any patterns in when the crashes occur?
If the issue is reproducible, a screen recording of the crash along with a sample file would be very helpful for investigation.
These details will allow us to escalate this more effectively and work toward a solution. We appreciate your patience and cooperation!
Best,
Anshul Saini

Hello Anshul_Saini,
Thank you for quick response.
I do not have any external monitor connected, only working on my laptop (Samsung Galaxy Book3 360) in "tablet mode" (this is the configuration, where I have the keyboard part of laptop folded behind the screen, so it works like a tablet), using only original Samsung S-pen while drawing.
Drivers for S-Pen seems to be up to date.
Also, I have tried to retrieve the crash dump files, from the folder which you have mentioned:
"C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.Fresco_pc75e8sa7ep4e\AC\Dumps"
Unfortunately, location don't contain any file or folder.
The problem seems to happen due to 3 key actions. While I'm doing lines with vector brush I often rotate canvas and switching from brush to "brush eraser". This trigger often the crash, especially while moving / rotating canvas or using the "brush eraser" function. Drawing with the vector brush do not trigger the crash. It happen in new or already created document.
Screen recording could be possible, however how do you want it? Actual recording of the screen or via phone recording the whole laptop while drawing? Since the crash is introduced with freeze, from screen recording it might not be apparent.

Hello Anshul_Saini,
I have managed to create a screen recording with the crash while drawing. Also this time it created the crash dump, so I'm sending that also.
Here is the link to the location of screen recording and crash dump file.
