Mac OS 10.15.2　Illustrator インストールできない

新規にインストールしようとしているのですが、イラストレーターの

インストーラーが　インストール中10.3％　何の反応も示さなくなりました。

１日待ってみたのですがインストールできず強制終了しています。

どのようにすればインストールできるのでしょうか。
