Illustrator (Beta)

The new dynamic text feature, which has been highlighted in various announcements and recent statements around the build v 31.0.0, is not showing up in any of the intended locations.  I have checked the contextual task bar, properties panel, type menu and used various LLMs and search tools to walk through all possible locations within the app seeking the “T with ⚡️” icon and was unable to find it anywhere.

I can’t get any prompt to work. it just spins and spins

When using the latest update to illustrator and the three previous versions the Dimension Tool Options crashes illustrator. This is not only the previously mentioned “Scale” issues, but also when adjusting the precision setting. See screen grab. 16/10/2026 

With ChatGPT/Codex…if I’m discussing a document, and have multiple documents open, it’s hard for it to figure out which one I am talking about, as they all are just listed as untitled…

When using the dynamic text feature in Illustrator Beta (particularly when using as variables) the type always aligns to the top and the left, despite what size I make the textframe. This is frustrating if the space I need to fill needs to be centered or right aligned horizontally; or if it needs to be vertically centered or aligned to the bottom. I’ve attached a zip file that contains the illustrator file, the data used, and screen captures when I prepare the file.

Please increase or remove the canvas size limitation in Adobe Illustrator.I often work with many A4 artboards and need to arrange them vertically in a single column.For example, with 51 A4 artboards and 0 mm spacing, Illustrator does not allow the layout and shows: ‘Adjust settings to fit in more artboards’I would like to be able to continue arranging A4 artboards vertically without hitting the current canvas boundary.The gray workspace should allow much more space, ideally virtually unlimited, for large multi-page projects

I'm having a really annoying issue with the new Turntable feature in Illustrator. Whenever I select an object and click Turntable, the generation loading window flashes on my screen for a split second, immediately shuts down, and then nothing happens. The artwork doesn't change at all, and it doesn't even turn into a Turntable group in my layers panel.This isn't just a glitch on one machine or with one specific file. It happens on multiple different computers using my Adobe login, even if I try it on a super basic shape in a brand-new blank document.The weirdest part is that other AI tools like Text to Vector work completely fine on the exact same computers and internet network. So I know my internet is working and I definitely have plenty of generative credits left.Here is everything I've already tried to fix it, but nothing has worked:Checked my Adobe account page to confirm I have lots of generative credits. Since updating to Illustrator Beta 30.9.93, I'm seeing an abnormal rendering behavior when moving objects at high zoom levels.Steps to reproduce: Open any document in Illustrator Beta 30.9.93 Zoom in beyond 800% (GPU rendering enabled) Click and hold on any object to drag it Expected result: While holding the click, the object moves in real time on screen, as usual. Actual result: As soon as zoom exceeds 800%, the outlines of ALL objects on the artboard turn black. During the drag, the selected object appears frozen — no live preview of the movement. When releasing the mouse button, the object jumps to its new position (the move itself is applied correctly). Behavior below 800%: everything works normally, with real-time drag preview.Workaround: Switching to View > View Using CPU restores the normal real-time drag preview.Environment: Illustrator Beta version: 30.9.93 Dell Precision 5820 - Intel(R) Xeon(R) W-2245 CPU @ 3.90GHz (3.91 GHz) - RAM 32Gb Windows 11 Pro Nvidia

When saving a SVG the meta data was removed and any raster image in the document sill change scale. Meta data like keywords and description need to be intact. images need to stay to the proper scale and remain embedded in the SVG. 

I am trying to locate the libraries tab to access my brand colors to facilitate a faster work process. The only way I know how to access the library tab is Window > Extensions > Libraries. Pressing on the libraries button to get the tab to open does not do anything and I cant access my library. Also searching ‘librar​​​ies’ through the search action does nothing to pop it open. ​​​​

The save file issue: didn't save the file, but the operation is fine as before once adding the new content in the same file, there is no problem. I tried to find out another solution, open the  new files and place the those content to new file, located in different saving the location, however, still in saving process.............. How I can do it? or bugs?  

Hi. Why is it that after creating a crescent shape from two circles, adding an outline to the tips of the crescent results in an angle formed by straight lines, rather than lines that follow the curve of the crescent? The green object shouldn't have straight lines; instead, it should have rounded ones, like the red moon-shaped object. It's not just a beta bug; the official version does the same thing. Regards

I’ve tried different models, prompts, and reference images. Closed the program, restarted, new project, and still the same results.
