Anyone else having issue with InDesign review links not working today? I have sent out a few and reviewers are getting this message. Other programs seem to be working fine.

So after nearly a couple of weeks of plain sailing, we are now getting this message across all S4Rs today (Error 500).
@Anubhav M do you know if there is a problem (again) and if so, when can we expect a resolve please?

Seemingly back up working again. It may have something to do with todays' AWS global issues?

Yes! Everything is back to the way it used to be now! All tools are back, no page navigation bar hoovering over the document (navigation is back to the lower right corner) and the scroll bar is back. Working in FireFox, Chrome and Edge.

Is someone else having the problem, that the content in the review link is aligned to the left and not centered anymore. Regardless the number of pages (also affects 1 page layouts). I tried with 3 different browsers and this seems to be a little position-problem on the backend I guess 😄

Yes, but I found a solution.
If you go to Page View, click "Fit to window width", then click back to "Fit full page", it will be centred again.
Inefficient, but it works. 🙂

The Share links from InDesign are all leading to 404 pages. Everything in the file seems set up correctly. I've cleared my cache restarted my computer and logged out and back into adobe creative cloud.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I have a massive magazine to send for review, and deadlines to meet eek!

WORKAROUND:
1. Create your PDF of all pages from InDesign.
2. Go to Google Drive.
3. Click +New in the upper left.
4. Click File Upload and choose the file to upload.
5. Doubleclick the file to view. Click the the 3 vertical dots and choose Open in new tab. Go to that tab.
6. In the upper right, click Share and paste the email addresses addresses. Be sure to set each user as Editor.
7. Click Send.
Features:
- To leave a comment, you can doubleclick on text and a + icon pops up. Click on the icon and leave a comment.
- OR, click the + icon in the top right, draw a box on the error and leave a comment.
- You can update the same link, and comments will stay put. To do that...
- Update your InDesign file and re-export the PDF.
- Go back to your Google Drive and find the file on the Home screen of Google Drive.
- There, click the vertical 3 dots on that file --> File information --> Manage versions.
- Click Upload new version and upload your updated PDF.
- Go back to the link, refresh and you see the new PDF!
- On a comment, you can click the checkmark to resolve the comment. It disappears from view, but is not gone forever. Click the 3 vertical dots at the top and choose Show Inactive Comments to see anything that has been resolved. You can toggle that off/on.
This is helping my team -- I hope it helps yours!

Something is clearing going on here. Something has been fundamentally changed to cause the instability of S4R. As a community we have come to rely on this feature. Adobe you need to urgently return S4R to something we can rely on as our clients and our internal teams are fast losing patience and confidence in this. Otherwise we will be forced to look for alternatives and abandon this for good.

I also note this isn't showing as an issue on Adobe's Status Page. I mentioned this to Adobe last time - the customer base need to be kept aware of issues. We spent a long time trying to fix this our end last time this happened becasue Adobe's page was showing as no issues.
