Hi @Shayna250665127vaw,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re still facing issues with InDesign getting stuck in the "Touch" workspace. I understand how frustrating this must be.
To help us get a clearer picture of the problem, could you please provide the following details?
- The version of InDesign you’re using.
- The details of your operating system (Windows version, build number, etc.).
Additionally, could you share a screenshot or a short screen recording of the issue occurring?
In the meantime, as a workaround, you might try resetting your workspace preferences. Here’s how you can do that:
1. Close InDesign.
2. Navigate to the following location on your computer:
- "Windows": 'C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\InDesign\Version [x.x]'
3. Rename or delete the "InDesign Saved Data" file.
4. Restart InDesign and see if the issue persists.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to your update!
Thank you,
Abhishek Rao
